A serial killer accused of murdering a number of middle-aged women in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly has been arrested. The accused, identified as Kuldeep, a resident of Bakarganj in Bareilly, used to target women aged between 45 and 65 years.
He has been committing these murders in deserted places in ​​Bareilly's Shahi and Sheeshgarh since July 1, 2023, police said.
Police revealed that Kuldeep's murdered was that he would strangle these women using the drape of their sarees or dupatta. Police said that in all the incidents of the murders allegedly committed by Kuldeep, the bodies of women were found with a knot of a saree or a dupatta around their necks.
