Although the video has now been taken down, animal activists have called for strict action against Kumar, especially since it emerged that he had earlier also shared videos of another illegal activity—cooking wild boar curry.

A YouTuber from Telangana got into trouble after a video he shared featuring a recipe for "traditional peacock curry" gained widespread attention. Kodam Pranay Kumar, a resident of Tangallapalli in Siricilla district, is facing a case for promoting the illegal killing of India's national bird, as reported by Deccan Chronicle.

Even though the video has been removed, animal activists are calling for strict action against Kumar, especially since it has been revealed that he had previously shared videos about cooking wild boar curry.

"A case has been registered under the appropriate law, and strict action will be taken against him and anyone else involved in such activities," stated Akhil Mahajan, SP of Rajanna Siricilla district. "He (Kumar) will also be sent to remand," he added in a separate post. The police are currently searching for Kumar.
