As India gears up to celebrate its 78th Independence Day on August 15, 2024, domestic carrier IndiGo has launched a special "Freedom Sale" to mark the occasion. The sale, which was announced today (August 13) via a post on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), offers attractive discounts on both domestic and international flights, allowing travellers to make the most of the festive season. This sale is available for a limited period from August 13 to August 15, 2024.

IndiGo's Freedom Sale is designed to provide travellers with significant savings on airfare and additional services. The headline offer is fares starting as low as Rs 1,015 for domestic flights, making it an attractive option for those planning to visit family, and friends, or take a holiday. International travellers aren't left out either, with all-inclusive one-way fares starting from Rs 3,715. These discounts are available only for bookings made through IndiGo's official website or mobile app.

IndiGo also introduced 6E Rewards, a Loyalty Program, and a business class this month.
