Ingredients of Paneer Fried Rice
  1. 150 gm paneer
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. Refined oil as required
  5. Salt as required
  6. 1 handful coriander leaves
  7. 2 cups boiled basmati rice
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1/2 cup cabbage
  10. 1 teaspoon spice chili powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  12. 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce


Step 1 : Wash and chop
  • To begin with this easy recipe, wash and chop the veggies. Cut the panner pieces.

Step 2 : Add onion and garlic
  • Take a pan and add oil, once the oil is hot enough. Add onions and garlic cloves. Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 3 :  Increase the flame
  • Increase the flame and add tomatoes and cabbage, once the veggies are wok tossed and slightly golden brown. Add the soy sauce and the spices.

Step 4 : Toss the rice
  • Lastly, add boiled leftover rice and paneer, cook for 5 minutes at high flame. Season with salt and add corinader leaves.

Step 5 :  Serve hot and enjoy
  • Optional: Serve with French beans, coriander, sweet baby corn, etc., on top.
