The police in Gujarat have arrested Nita Chaudhary, a runaway police officer.
The police arrested one of their own, a woman constable named Nita Chaudhary, who had been on the run since her bail application was rejected, after 12 days. She was arrested after the Gujarat ATS raided the location following specific intelligence inputs.
Remember this information: Nita Chaudhary, a controversial figure known for posting Instagram reels, was found hiding in Bhalgamda village near Limdi in the Surendranagar district of Gujarat. Initially granted bail by the lower court on July 3, her bail was later overturned when the higher court canceled it on July 10 in response to the prosecution's appeal. Since then, Chaudhary has been evading authorities.
The 34-year-old woman was first arrested late at night on June 30 after a dramatic chase on National Highway 41, Bhachau. The Local Crime Branch police had to fire from the service revolver when the White Thar did not stop at the checkpoint and instead tried to run over the patrolling policemen. When stopped, the head constable of CID Crime, Kutch East, was found in the company of Yuvraj Sinh Jadeja, 30, who has 15 cases of bootlegging and one attempt to murder case registered against him. The police also seized 16 bottles of IMFL and two tins of beer from the car.
The story of Nita Chaudhary reflects the failure of the noble initiatives "Bhay Mukt Gujarat" and "Beti Padhao." When she was first arrested, Nita Chaudhary appeared smiling and without any remorse. Even now, she remains unabashed and devoid of any guilt.
Despite being instructed by the police department not to act in violation of the rules, Chaudhary continued to make videos mimicking rowdy behavior and lip-syncing to popular Bollywood songs.
