A Hyderabad physiotherapist named Praveen allegedly k*lled his wife Kumari (29) and daughters Krishika (5) and Kritika (3) on the demand of his girlfriend Soni Francis on May 28 and projected it as a car accident. In a chilling attempt to cover his tracks, Praveen staged a car accident. However, inconsistencies at the scene raised red flags for investigators.

Further probing revealed Praveen's infidelity and his wife's likely confrontation about it. This crucial information became the key to unraveling Praveen's elaborate lie. Despite his efforts to evade capture for 45 days, police apprehended Praveen, bringing him to justice for this devastating triple homicide.

Khammam ACP SV Ramanamurthy stated that Praveen, a 32-year-old physiotherapist, was involved in an extramarital affair with a colleague at the hospital where he worked. When his wife discovered the affair, the couple engaged in a heated argument. Praveen saw his family as obstacles to his illicit relationship and made the decision to eliminate them.
