According to the Superintendent of Police, Shaishav Yadav, The student shot a 10-year-old boy, who is in Class 3 at the same school. The bullet struck his arm.

A five-year-old boy in Bihar brought a gun to school today and shot another child, injuring a Class 3 student, according to the police.
The incident occurred in the northern Bihar district of Supaul. The preschool student had the firearm concealed in his bag.
Superintendent of Police, Shaishav Yadav, stated, "The student shot a 10-year-old boy, a fellow student in Class 3. The bullet struck his arm."
"The injured boy has been taken to the hospital. We are investigating how the boy obtained the firearm and managed to bring it to the private school located in the Lalpatti area," Mr. Yadav said.
The senior police officer added, "We are urging schools across the district to ensure thorough checks of students' bags on a regular basis. The incident has caused a great deal of anxiety among parents and guardians."
