Ingredients of Paneer Fried Rice
150 gm paneer
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
Refined oil as required
Salt as required
1 handful coriander leaves
2 cups boiled basmati rice
1 onion
1/2 cup cabbage
1 teaspoon spice chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Step 1 : Wash and chop
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and chop the veggies. Cut the panner pieces.
Step 2 : Add onion and garlic
Take a pan and add oil, once the oil is hot enough. Add onions and garlic cloves. Saute for 2 minutes.
